What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a leader who embodies humility, conviction, and a heart for ministry. Ideal candidates will meet the following qualifications:

• Willingness to relocate and become part of the Princeton community

• Currently Ordained/licensed or expressing readiness to be under Southern Baptist standards

• Demonstrated experience in pastoral ministry, spiritual leadership, and community outreach

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in organizational and administrative responsibilities

 

Key Responsibilities

As Senior Pastor, you will play a central role in guiding our church’s spiritual direction and daily ministry. Responsibilities include:

• Preaching engaging, Spirit-led sermons that align with our doctrinal beliefs (available on our website)

• Providing pastoral care and counseling to individuals and families during times of need

• Leading and coordinating worship services in partnership with our worship team

• Collaborating with staff and volunteers to support and grow church ministries
